For every man working at Inland Truck Centres, there is a mother, daughter, sister, grandmother or partner supporting them.
Working in a male-dominated industry is no excuse for the boys at the centre not to show their softer side.
Staff will participate in the national Real Men Wear Pink campaign for the National Breast Cancer Foundation on Friday.
“It’s a well known charity and a lot of people in the community are affected by it,” parts manager Joel Bray said.
Mr Bray said most of the staff are struggling to find pink items to wear but are excited to spread awareness in the community.
“There will be some good costumes on the day,” he said.
A pink-themed barbecue will be held from 12pm to 2pm on Friday.
